So far, I’ve got nine of the 12 flannel bear paw blocks completed for my brother’s birthday quilt. I still have three to go, but I laid them out just to get an idea of the size I’m looking at.

I’m aiming for a lap-size quilt, so with three more blocks, some sashing and a border, I should be right on target.
Oh. wow!!!!! That is going to be amazing. I looked at your new shop yesterday and can’t believe how many lovely things you already have for sale. I know I had seen them all in progress but to see them all together like that is impressive.

Great bear paw blocks! Flannel is tricky to sew, but it makes a nice, cozy quilt.
