The night before Halloween, I finished up my Felici Aquarium socks. To recap, nothing fancy here; just a plain vanilla using some yellow Stroll for ribbing, heels and toes. I did the leg about three inches, which is my preferred length for socks for myself. Normally, I do ribbing through the whole sock, but I just wasn’t in the mood for anything even remotely complicated.
Now I’ve got something new on the needles, but it’s not what I planned on. You’ll have to stay tuned to find out more.
Just beautiful! I like the yellow to pop the toes and heel!

The socks may not be fancy but they are certainly pretty! Looking forward to seeing the new project.

That was fast!!! The plain vanilla looks great with a yarn as dramatic as that.

Great finish on the socks! Plain Jane or Vanilla socks are all I knit anymore. I like letting the yarn be the focus.

I love those socks and they say “summer” to me. When I first read that I thought it said you have new needles. Ha!
