I’m probably going to regret this, but when I was at Walmart, I bought Burton a longer lead.
His old one was just a woven leash – four feet long at most. His new one… it’s 10 ft cable tie out.
He’s been taking full advantage of the extra leeway…
He’s been exploring all the places he couldn’t get to before…. and of course….
That means he’s smack dab in the middle of my gardens!
He looks like he’s really enjoying his new freedom!

Cutie! As long as he doesn’t tangle and ‘pick’ some flowers in the process!

Oh, but he looks so cute in all those places he is able to explore. Maybe there will be less untangling in the future and you can spend more time knitting.

This is exactly why I’ve planting gardens FOR CATS! Stuff that they’ll want to nap under, rub against, and therefore I’ll have even more photographic opportunities! I love Burton in the flowers.
