At least that’s what my plants are telling me…
Leaving my Christmas cacti out until the weather cools always makes them bloom well. The white one is in full flower.
The pink one won’t be far behind it.
And apparently Easter is on its way too…
This is my Easter Cactus. It’s related to the cactus, but has slightly different leaves and flowers. I’ve had it for a couple of years now, but this is the first time I’ve been able to get it to rebloom.
And for a little extra credit…
My spider plant is blooming too. It just loved being outside all summer and now it’s pushing out babies galore!

If it weren’t for my plant eating kitties I would have a house full of Christmas cactus. I can’t believe I’ve kept my philodendron alive this long. They must not like the taste of it.

The cactus are so pretty! I haven’t paid attention to mine (which are still outdoors)
to see if they are budding! Oh, so pretty, aren’t they?!

You cactus plants are so beautiful! What blooms! I was always told that they needed cooler weather to set the buds. I have never seen a bloom on a spider plant. Awesome!

Nice! I used to have a Jade plant that loved spending the summer outside. It grew more than I expected when I brought it inside. I miss having houseplants.

Gosh, I’ll have to double-check our lone Christmas cactus, to see if it’s budding…it usually does this time of year. Except if Da Boyz have chewed off all of those tender buds…

Lovely plants!!!
I am wondering if i should cut the echinacea that grew great clusters of leaves but no booms, to the ground or let their leaves die and rot????
