While you’ve been seeing a lot of snow in my pictures, early in the week the warm air and rain came in and turned the yard into mud city. Wednesday, we finally got some sunshine so I suited Burton up and we joined Relic outside for some fresh air.
As much as I don’t like it, I will never turn Relic into an indoor only cat. He’s never more happy than when we are outside with him.
Rupert came out too… eventually. This is the first time he’s been out this year. He’ll get comfortable again as the weather warms and we are out more often.
We actually didn’t stay out too long. The wind whipped up and scared Burton back inside, but I did get a chance to do a little garden inspection beffore that happened.
Oh be still my heart! Those little bits of green* just make my heart sing!
*of course, on Friday it snowed again and all my pretties are covered up for now
How exciting! As much as I love winter it’s always so good to see spring show up.

I opened the doors this weekend and let some fresh air into the apartment. Mornings have been calm and the moon was gorgeous in the western sky early today. Heavenly!

We had sunshine yesterday, and today the temps are going up…and more sunshine! I’ll get out there to inspect the gardens, but we have a ton of snowdrops everywhere.

Wonderful photos of the felines! Sure all of them are ready to do some exploring. It is definitely spring here. Noticed hyacinths blooming this week. Everything is green and so pretty.

Nice! It’s been sunny here for the first time in ages, and I finally pruned the roses. Ginger is strictly a house cat because there are coyotes, raccoon, and even bobcats around here!

Cats and flowers…..what’s better than that?

While you were getting snow, we were getting tons of RAIN. The yard is a sodden mess again, but I can see from the window that the daffs and hyacinths are a little taller than last week.
Your boys are SO cute!
