Continuing to work through my backlog of unquilted tops, I completed two of the baby quilts this past weekend.
First up was Foxy Baby…
Isn’t it cute? I’m not normally a huge fan of orange, but I love the POP the orange gives this one.
And of course, all those cute forest critters make it pretty special too. This one isn’t huge, only 30″ x 34″. That’s because I was working within the constraints of the remnant I had for the backing.
And it was worth it. That back is just perfection! (And flannel too, for a little extra snuggle.)
It’s a fun, fast pattern that can be put together in an afternoon.
And oh so cute in her result!
I think you are having fun with your quilting designs too!
Very cute.

That is adorable!!! I could see that being a little someone’s favorite snuggle blankie one day.

It’s an adorable blanket for a little one. I like the pop of orange, too.

That really turned out so nicely. I love the pop that the orange gives the quilt and the backing fabric is wonderful! Some little baby is going to be so lucky!!

Everything about this quilt is cute. The orange is perfect. I usually don’t like orange much but I love it here. It’s my daughters favorite color!

What a beautiful little quilt! I had actually saved a photo of it to my Pinterest board when you showed the top. Your fabrics (and that orange!) just make it shine. The backing could not be any more perfect. What a great gift for someone.
