It’s not much progress, but my sewing cat project did get a little work this weekend.

I added a drawer to the machine cabinet, a little bit of blue fabric, and I’ve started on more decoration on the cabinet front. As I’ve said, I’m only getting an hour most nights to do anything stitching related lately. But as I said to Vera last week… progress is progress, no matter how small.
When life gets crazy, you’ve got to take joy in whatever progress you can make.
And…when the weather cooperates and you can be outside in your garden, that takes priority! You are making progress though and that is a very detailed piece. It’s fun to see it coming together.

Agreed. I am always amazed at how much a little here and there eventually accomplishes in the long run.

Exactly. A perfect attitude for getting things done. Little by little counts too. It’s coming along great. I don’t know why, but I love that drawer! 🙂 The promise of lots of goodies inside? Who knows?
Blessings,

I’m RETIRED and I still run out of time at the end of the day.

While it might not have been as much progress as you would have liked, it was progress nonetheless. That is going to be a beautiful piece when completed. So much detail.
