Despite the adventures during the day, weekend evenings were reserved for stitching with friends…

And as a result, I almost finished the word “Fresh”

I also got smart, trimmed up the four separate pieces of the pattern and taped them together. It’s much easier to follow now.
Since I’m headed to Mom’s this coming weekend, you probably won’t see much on it for a couple weeks. But there will be several finished quilts to admire in the mean time!
Nice progress and what cute friends to keep you company while stitching!

Good idea to tape the sections together! Love the napping company with you!

I understand the friends on your lap. I have two dogs on my lap right now which makes it a bit difficult to type.
Your idea is brilliant. Taping the charts together. I’ll need to remember that one.

I always have to tape my patterns together. I’ve tried not doing it but my brain just won’t see what’s going on if I don’t.

I forgot to say that I saw the photos of your canisters that you sent me. I always admired folks who had their stuff together enough to have matching canisters on their counters. I tried so hard not to junk up my counters when I re-did the kitchen but it was all in vain. They are always covered in either kitty bowls or dog bowls. Feeding time never ends around here.
