I said there was nothing left in the garden, but I was wrong. Despite a couple of good frosts, there are still a few things hanging in there.

The red yarrow is doing it’s best to be bold and bright.

As is this one lonely little tickseed!

Fancy a strawberry? Sadly this bloom won’t make it to berry, but it was definitely a surprise to see it trying!
But the real star is the white clematis.

Not just one, but three blooms, with more trying to make an appearance. It did this last year too. This clematis is one tough plant!
Still it’s days are numbered. Until next year!

I’ve got some purple thing blooming like crazy out there right now. It may be an aster of some kind. I need to do some investigating.
