I love the idea of Boxing Day. The day after Christmas here is such a let down. The world just goes back to normal. You have such a big build up, then one day and whoosh. It’s all supposed to disappear. I think a slow recovery is needed after all that. I had to fight the urge to yank down all the decor this morning. It just seems so sad the day after Christmas.
