Almost every day, Burton and I do the same thing…
Around 4 pm, he comes up to my office, and is all sweetness and purring… trying to convince me that he has not been fed in AGES. That he is starving… withering away to just bones… with very little time left.
And pretty much every day, I go down to discover that in fact he HAS been fed…. usually only 10 minutes before.

Well just look at him. He IS withering away. He’ll tell you so. Actually Zoey does the same thing, starting at about 4:15. She’s usually fed around 5:00 when I start dinner. These poor babies. Whatever shall they do?

LOL! Our pup tries to pull that on each of us, acting like the other didn’t just feed him. I have fallen for it too many times!
