Or quilt…
The second block of Blockheads was released last week, and Burton and carved out a little time on Tuesday to get it done.

This one came together quite quickly and like Burton, I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. Now you may notice that the background in this one is black, while our first one was white.

And you’re right. We’ve decided to alternate the background on our blocks between black and white. When put all together, we should get a fabulous mod checkerboard effect!
Of course, we’ve got a lot more blocks to go until we get to that point.
Kitty coordinated!

Lord Burton tries to appear nonplused, but we know he enjoys being your assistant!

Very nice and the alternating backgrounds should make it extra interesting!

That block looks difficult to me! And you are brave to sew on black fabric! This will be an interesting quilt, and it’s fun to see your progress.

I think that’s going to look great. Burton looks like he approves too which is always a plus. 🙂
