With the big plant stand outside for the summer, there was no where for the cats to sit and look out the window anymore. You’d think that having free range of the sunporch and catio would be enough…
But no… these guys need to be able to patrol the front of the house too. Even if it’s only from inside. Happily, I had an old Ikea coffee table. It was big enough to fit a few of the plants that didn’t make it out side…

And a pair of portly cats to boot!
Everyone is 😊 happy now.

“And a pair of portly cats to boot”- a much needed chuckle. Thank you for your very kind words of condolence on losing our dear Cleopatra. Her mom and I truly appreciate your thoughtfulness, and I’m trying desperately to get thanks out to all who commented. Got my work cut out for me…

I just bought a metal cabinet at Ikea to put in front of the window where the couch used to be in hopes to keep the kitties off of it when I knock down the pen Pup and I have been living in since March. It’s been nice to have a cat free couch to sit on and I want to keep it that way. I am going to put cat beds on the cabinet top in hopes of luring them away from the furniture.

Hmm…I think you’re getting the stink eyes from those two, regarding that comment that I won’t type because I don’t want the stink eyes for myself!

Based on the looks you’re getting, I don’t think they appreciate being called portly. 🙂 Putting the table in front of the window looks like it was a great idea, both for the plants and the kitty’s.
Blessings,

If you didn’t leave room for them-they would’ve made the plant move! lol
