Well, the weather men were right, the mild temps held all week. Here’s a gallery of everything still in bloom.

There are still a few things trying to bloom…

Chrysler Imperial Rose, Blue Delphinium, and a native Black-Eyed Susan are all budding up in the warmth and sun. But sadly, after today, there won’t be much warmth. The cold front is on its way in and temps are supposed to return to comeihgn more seasonal.
But…

… my Burning Bush is finally starting to look a little fiery!!!
You’ve had quite the break in weather–you will enjoy the blooms until the frosty mornings change it all!

I can’t believe all that is still in bloom up north! It’s been in the 70’s all week here-a bit too warm for me. A cold front is coming next week so maybe fall will return.

Beautiful pictures! I just pulled up a couple of dead plants yesterday that didn’t survive our first frost. Enjoy those warm temperatures; it’s gotten quite chilly here with lots of raking in our future.

You still have so much blooming! I am surprised at how many blooms I see on my morning walks – particularly roses and daisies. It has been the most wonderful fall here in NC but colder next week.

You still have a lot going on.
Nothing here and we are going down below freezing Sunday night. Snow is predicted just north of us. YIKES!

WOW! That is a lot of flowers to still be blooming mid-November. It was 10F this morning here with snow flurries as I drove to meet my sister. Happily, none of those flurries stuck to the ground…yet. It’s supposed to stay cold here for the next 10 days at least. That’s as far as the forecast goes out!
Blessings,
Betsy
