Last Sunday, I took the opportunity to get the majority of the presents wrapped (SILs sock’s being the only exception)

But there was a little kink in the production. That kink being LEMMY! I don’t remember him being very interested last year (he was very into the tree), but this year he thought it was just the BEST THING EVER.
After removing him from my wrapping space, retrieving my scissors, chasing him away from the wrapping paper, picking the tape rolls up off the floor, etc…. I finally got smart

I gave him a few off cuts of paper to play with on the floor.

He kept busy, shredding it to bits, and I finally got to wrap my presents in peace!!!
He’s a bundle of energy!! Merry Christmas Val – enjoy hosting this year!

What is it about orange cats???😆😆Being owned by one for nearly twenty years I understand what you went through. Ours was very mischievous up until he was 15 or 16. Take care Valerie, very Merry Christmas to you, Dave and all the kitty crew!❤️❤️

Too funny! He really is a character. You’d almost think he was part dog the way he likes to chew up stuff. I bet he would be an outstanding mouser.

Lemmy is having such a good time and enjoying the holidays. It will be interesting to see how the cats react to all the visitors. It sounds like you are getting the items checked off your to-do list in a timely manner.
